All accessories are specially designed for a seamless interaction between patient and machine. For thyroid and facial surgery, the electrodes offer high-quality, reliable neurophysiological signs for improved outcomes. We offer the following accessories:

• Disposable Electrodes – These can be attached to an endotracheal tube to record EMG signals using 8 contacts offering 360 degrees of coverage.
• Disposable SDN Electrodes – These allow an easy and reliable recording of EMG signals and are offered in a variety of shapes and lengths for all applications.
• Disposable Stimulation Probes – All probes have a 3m cable and a 1.5mm touchproof connector.
• Connecting Cables/Adapter Cables – These cables make it easy to attach our accessories to the machine.

PlasmaFlow Pump

This easy-to-use sequential compression system can be used at home or in a clinical setting. PlasmaFlow Pumps help prevent the onset of DVT in patients by stimulating blood flow in extremities. It is portable, lightweight, has a rechargeable battery, and can go home with the patient.

MyringoPatch

This fascia tissue is biocompatible compared to allografts and is ready to use. They will not shrink when implanted and have high mechanical strength. The advantages of using the MyringoPatch include decreased risk of infection, scarring, and pain in addition to shorter operating time.

EpiPatch

This anti-inflammatory, antibacterial patch is made from human amniotic membrane and is used for soft tissue repair. It signals cells to the perforation for regeneration. There is no special storage required, and it has a 5-year shelf life.

Sealk

Sealk is an FDA-approved complete wound care solution for surgical bleeding control and aftercare following ENT procedures. It utilizes advanced technology that provides power to control bleeding and quickly heal. Once applied to the wound and upon contact with blood, exudates, or body fluids, Sealk turns into a sticky transparent gel. Sealk is reliable and fast acting which allows surgeons to focus on operative tasks with confidence and helps patients experience a more manageable recovery.

PosiSep®X Hemostat Dressing/Intranasal Splint

This is designed for patients undergoing nasal/sinus surgery as a space-occupying splint and hemostat. It is biocompatible, minimizes bleeding and edema after surgery, easily conforms to nasal anatomy, and dissolves naturally or can be easily removed with gentle irrigation and aspiration.

PosiSep® C & C2

This product is specifically engineered for use in clinic and office-based procedures and offers a slender, easily placed nasal dressing that allows for gentle placement and rapid expansion upon hydration for minimal bleeding procedures. Both are constructed of a patient-comfortable sponge manufactured from naturally occurring chitosan polymers. These are intended to minimize bleeding and edema, prevent adhesions between the septum and the nasal cavity, and act as an adjunct to aid in the natural healing process

NexPak®X Intranasal Splint

This splint is placed in the nasal cavity after surgery or trauma and is intended to minimize bleeding and edema and prevent adhesions between the septum and the nasal cavity. It expands upon hydration to conform easily to the nasal anatomy, is easy to apply, requires no mixing or additional prep time, and fragments by way of daily irrigation over 5-10 days.

NexStat® Topical Hemostat Powder

This all-natural, plant-based polysaccharide is in an easy-to-use applicator, and is ideal for treating bleeding from endoscopic sinus surgeries. It meets ISO 10993 biocompatibility requirements and contains no animal tissue or other bovine agents. There is no mixing or additional prep time necessary, no special storage or refrigeration requirements, and will naturally dissolve from the sinus cavity in about a week.

BleedArrest® ER Foam Sponge

This is perfect for ENT offices and Emergency Rooms. This product offers a quick and painless solution for nosebleeds and stops problematic bleeding in seconds—faster than conventional methods of control, with no pain. It utilizes an innovative plant-based biopolymer and does not require any special storage or refrigeration.

BoneSeal® Bone Hemostat

 This product is designed with the surgeon in mind. It handles much like beeswax and works immediately to achieve bone hemostasis without immediately dissolving. It contains Hydroxyapatite which has been shown to promote bone growth during post-operative healing and reduces the risk of sternal dehiscence and foreign body reactions and infections.

Vectra F™ Drug Delivery Micro-Sponge

 This product places localized drug delivery in the hands of the surgeon. This sponge dissolves in 3-6 days, is preloaded on the delivery tool, and expands to conform to the ostia anatomy. This reduces the need for postoperative interventions in sinus surgeries and is more desirable than systemic drug delivery.
